Karlskronavarvet, originally the major shipyard for the Swedish Navy, is in the process of creating a new and unique computerized conductor device which jam hostile missiles. By firing chaff and/or flares, enemy missiles are automatically jammed.
Karlskronavarvet has budgeted 10 MSEK for the ITS Technology development of a Computer Control System being the brains of the new device. The system will benefit from advanced technology solutions based on the company’s long and solid experience within electronic monitoring as such.
